About the position

The Portfolio Manager will support an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Bethesda, MD, focusing on aligning strategies, business goals, and performance targets. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph and involves monitoring portfolio data, strategic planning, and performance management to ensure effective execution of the Sponsor's strategy.

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor's strategy aligned accordingly.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio data and present findings and recommendations to aid Sponsor decision-making, including proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues.
• Support the evolution of the Sponsor's strategic direction and priorities.
• Ensure the strategy is effectively and efficiently pursued, using best practices and benchmarking in business and mission analytics.
• Lead outreach with private sector, liaison, IC, and DoD partners on data interoperability requirements.
• Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to high-level government officials.
• Communicate technical topics to non-technical senior audiences.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Strong writing and grammatical skills for drafting products.
• Working knowledge of data and AI topics.
• Ability to provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience working with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and managing competing priorities.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
