About the position

The Portfolio Manager at Reyes Holdings is responsible for managing and reporting on the health of the project portfolio and resource capacity at the enterprise level. This role involves assisting with yearly planning and budgeting forecasts, managing the intake of new portfolio items, and collaborating with business leaders to implement and improve portfolio management practices. The position requires a strong focus on aligning project outcomes with business strategies and objectives, as well as partnering with PMO teams and IT resources.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reporting the health of the project portfolio and resource capacity at the enterprise level.
• Assisting with yearly planning and budgeting forecasts in coordination with supported business units and resource planners.
• Managing ongoing intake of new portfolio items and portfolio review meetings with key stakeholders across Reyes Family of Business.
• Working with business leaders, managers, and stakeholders to implement portfolio management practices and ensure they are understood, supported, and adopted.
• Improving or creating portfolio management processes, practices, documentation, and tools to support execution, protect quality and successfully achieve business objectives.
• Partnering closely with all Reyes Family of Business's PMO teams and IT resources to define and manage the portfolio of Service Catalog items.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or technology discipline with 4 plus years' experience in enterprise IT project, program, and portfolio management including strategic planning, annual planning, financial budgeting, resource management or a High School Diploma and 7 plus years of related above experience in lieu of bachelor's degree.

• Proficiency with related software tools including Project Portfolio Management tools such as Planview, ServiceNow or equivalent.
