About the position

The Portfolio Manager will oversee a diverse residential portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to residents and clients. This role requires a motivated leader with significant experience in multifamily management, focusing on day-to-day operations, budget management, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial health.
  • Coordinate various projects related to property management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors.
  • Drive marketing and networking initiatives for both affordable and market-rate properties.
  • Collaborate with teams and oversee training initiatives.
  • Manage complex tasks with urgency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CPM designation preferred.
  • 3-10+ years of experience in multifamily management.
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
