About the position

The Portfolio Manager position at Insight Global focuses on managing a portfolio of C&I loans, ensuring ongoing credit oversight, compliance monitoring, and conducting regular reviews. The role requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work independently in a commercial banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing portfolio management on assigned borrowers including quarterly reviews on problem loans and annual reviews on regular C&I portfolio of loans.
• Manage portfolio credit migration proactively and recommend specific action plans upon identifying increased borrower risk.
• Monitor compliance with covenants and financial reporting, preparing financial analysis including DCF, EV assessment, and projections.
• Review loan documentation in accordance with approved terms and conditions, including any amendments, waivers, or restructuring.
• Maintain credit files in preparation for loan review, as well as internal or external audits and regulatory exams.

Requirements

• College degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial banking institution managing C&I loans
• Cash flow lending experience required
• Strong knowledge base in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Financial analysis, discounted cash flow, enterprise value assessment required.
