About the position

The position involves managing and reporting on the health of the project portfolio and resource capacity at the enterprise level. The role requires collaboration with various business units and stakeholders to implement and improve portfolio management practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective execution.

Responsibilities

• Managing and reporting the health of the project portfolio and resource capacity at the enterprise level
• Assisting with yearly planning and budgeting forecasts in coordination with supported business units and resource planners
• Managing ongoing intake of new portfolio items and portfolio review meetings with key stakeholders across Reyes Family of Business
• Working with business leaders, managers, and stakeholders to implement portfolio management practices and ensure they are understood, supported, and adopted
• Improving or creating portfolio management processes, practices, documentation, and tools to support execution, protect quality and successfully achieve business objectives
• Partnering closely with all Reyes Family of Business's PMO teams and IT resources to define and manage the portfolio of Service Catalog items
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in project portfolio management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in portfolio management tools and methodologies
