About the position

The Portfolio Management Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Experience and Technology teams within a leading hospitality company. This position focuses on managing and analyzing resource data, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating resource-based decision-making processes. The analyst will be responsible for data entry, validation, and analysis, as well as collaborating with various departments to support capital allocation and resource management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling, entering and updating resource data received on a weekly and monthly basis
• Performing weekly and monthly data validation to ensure data correctness
• Uploading and validating business case data
• Performing analysis of resource data
• Supporting business case level resource management
• Supporting capital allocation process
• Testing Hilton resource tool changes
• Partnering with Business Management, HR, and Finance to support resource-based decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Two (2) years of professional experience
• One (1) year of analyst experience, preferably in accounting/financial/complex data
• Data entry and data analysis experience in a complex environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving, collaborative, and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple concurrent demands

Nice-to-haves

• Three (3) years of overall experience preferred
• Two (2) years of financial analyst experience
• Resource management experience
• Experience in the Hospitality and/or Technology industries
