About the position

The Portfolio Marketing Lead for Horizontal Services Safety and Innovation at UL Solutions is responsible for driving the company's strategy to enhance customer experience and boost sales through innovative marketing initiatives. This role involves providing strategic marketing direction for international go-to-market implementations, leading the introduction of new products and services, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in execution. Responsibilities

  • Define business and marketing goals for international go-to-market strategy.
  • Size and segment global markets to align UL Solutions' portfolio with buyer needs.
  • Develop and implement buyer-centric messaging and content strategies.
  • Establish launch processes and governance for new offerings.
  • Lead buyer persona development and prioritization for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate sales knowledge transfer programs to enhance sales adoption.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in promoting new technology and innovative products.
  • At least 6 years of digital marketing experience managing larger campaigns.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communication, AIML, engineering, science, or a related field.
  • Experience creating marketing plans based on strategy and market research.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Budget management and financial analysis skills.
