This role also involves managing the credit process, identifying risks and mitigants for new and renewed loans, and providing customer service to existing commercial customers. The position requires the ability to analyze simple credits, attend and present loan requests at committee meetings, and oversee the routine maintenance and management of the portfolio, including financial reporting and loan reviews. The role may require occasional travel for training and team meetings, and the individual must maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
