About The Position
The Portfolio Officer at HarborOne will work closely with assigned Lenders to structure, underwrite, and monitor new loans, renewals, and modifications, while managing the performance of the Commercial portfolio. This role involves ensuring compliance with loan documents and Bank policies, assessing risk ratings, managing construction projects, and collaborating with participant banks. The Portfolio Officer will serve as a key resource in vetting and presenting loan transactions for approval, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
