About the position

The Portfolio Property Manager role at Seacrest Services, Inc. is a part-time position focused on managing community associations in South Florida. This position involves ensuring compliance with contract terms, conducting property inspections, and facilitating communication between the Board and residents. The role is designed for individuals who are proactive and possess strong communication skills, contributing to the overall quality of service and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute tasks in accordance with contract terms.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and report any architectural or property violations to board members and supervisors.
  • Assist the Board in obtaining bids from qualified and approved vendors.
  • Manage all Association correspondence efficiently.
  • Attend and participate in Annual meetings.
  • Review Work Orders and provide recommendations for addressing repetitive issues.
  • Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure consistent communication with Boards and Residents.
  • Stay proactive in handling State Statute requirements and upcoming changes.
