About the position

Pegasus Property Management, a property management company serving approximately 60 condominium and homeowner associations, is seeking to hire a full-time, experienced portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM). The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience managing or working with condominiums or homeowner associations in Florida and must hold a valid Florida CAM license. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, has a personable and engaging personality, and is an excellent communicator. The candidate should be capable of handling a non-linear workflow, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to understand and learn new concepts quickly. A desire for a varied yet collegial work atmosphere is essential. The primary responsibilities of the portfolio CAM include providing administrative, operational, and managerial advice to association boards and residents. This involves the development of association budgets and financial reports, directing the enforcement of community association rules and restrictions, and assisting board members in selecting contractors and insurance providers. The CAM will interact with vendors to ensure timely completion of work, coordinate, track, and monitor work required by associations, and oversee and authorize payments for community association services. Additionally, the CAM will perform site inspections, answer calls from residents, board members, vendors, and partners, attend and take minutes at association board and member meetings, and research Florida statutes to address queries from board members and residents.

Responsibilities

Requirements
