As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the performance and function of staff and properties under your direction. This position is essential for maximizing income while minimizing expenses, providing guidance and support to onsite staff, and ensuring that our properties meet company standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating budgets for all properties, ensuring adherence to company-wide policies, and maintaining forms necessary for effective management. In this role, you will also be tasked with preparing and conducting physical inspections of properties to ensure they meet the required standards. You will monitor staff performance, provide necessary corrections, and approve all evictions and non-renewals. Your leadership, organizational, and communication skills will be vital in fostering a productive work environment and ensuring that all staff members are adequately trained and supported. This position requires a high attention to detail and accuracy, as you will be managing multiple properties and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain company-wide policies and forms

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in multi-family housing management as a regional or portfolio manager

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
