About the position

The Portfolio Territory Manager is responsible for selling Aesthetic Capital Devices to various medical professionals, including those in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, and Cosmetic Spas. This role focuses on promoting devices such as Ulthera, LaserMe, and SaltFacial, conducting product demonstrations, and providing training to medical staff. The position requires collaboration with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and aims to build a robust sales funnel through various outreach methods.

Responsibilities

  • Build a sales funnel via cold calling, networking, and phone prospecting.
  • Book appointments and close sales with existing and potential clients.
  • Contact, visit, and sell the company's portfolio of capital equipment products.
  • Address client questions or concerns regarding products.
  • Coordinate additional resources necessary to meet client needs.
  • Manage the territory budget effectively.
  • Execute the sales process to meet quarterly new business goals.
  • Manage sales funnel and appointments efficiently.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures in a compliant manner.
  • Submit all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans complete and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five to eight years' experience in sales and cold calling, funnel building, and management.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain economic value of products.
  • Ability to help clients understand the fit of products within the capital equipment landscape.
  • Ability to work independently.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $95,000 with an incentive compensation plan.
