About the position
Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This position is full-time with a start time of 7am, and may require some early mornings. Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed
- Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose 'packing slip' alerting them to impending delivery
- Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices
- Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report
- Maintain POS workstation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience
