Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for a department or group of professionals under general supervision.
  • Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations.
  • Serves as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, providing basic organizational information and routing inquiries as needed.
  • Collects, analyzes, and prepares various communication materials from established sources utilizing technology mediums.
  • Sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications according to established policies and procedures.
  • Maintains established methods and organizational systems for electronic/physical records related to work operations.
  • Tracks, stocks, orders, and inventories office supplies to ensure adequate materials are available.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of one year of administrative/office support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service experience.
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience planning meetings and/or events, including scheduling rooms and ordering catering.
  • Experience posting and processing financial transactions within a budget structure.
