About The Position
The Mortgage Post Closer is responsible for auditing, packaging and delivering all required documents to the assigned Investor ('buyer') within the specified time frame given. This includes managing a robust pipeline with various buyers, and following requirements of each buyer's delivery process. The Mortgage Post Closer must confirm delivery of loan files and clear any exceptions or missing documents as may be necessary. This role has a direct impact on efficiency of loan sales and warehouse line management. A Mortgage Post Closer may be cross-trained in various routing functions and assist in other areas/functions as determined by the Company.
