About the position

As a Post-Closing Team Lead at Movement Mortgage, you will manage a pipeline of 500-1000 active loans, ensuring efficient processing and timely sales of bond inventory. This role emphasizes pipeline management, team collaboration, and communication with internal partners and investors to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of 500-1000 active loans.
  • Review individual pipelines with team members during one-on-one meetings.
  • Understand and review closing package documents and investor-specific documents.
  • Utilize Docusign for electronic signatures from borrowers.
  • Provide feedback to upper management regarding quality trends within each investor.
  • Develop relationships with investor representatives.
  • Achieve a monthly target of a minimum of 300 sold 1st liens.
  • Create agendas for bi-monthly team meetings to discuss trending items and updates.
  • Collaborate with front-end operations to correct specific documents.
  • Manage the aged pipeline and provide updates for tranche meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
  • Good pipeline management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of closing package documents and investor-specific documents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal partners and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
  • Ability to learn quickly and implement new processes into daily operations.
  • Adaptability to changing situations.
