About the position

The Post Producer, Photo Delivery Manager at Apple is responsible for overseeing the delivery of photo content for the marketing team. This role requires deep expertise in photo production and project management, acting as a key liaison among various teams to ensure the successful execution of 'shot-on' projects. The position involves managing project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of project information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Producer to develop project schedules and create detailed deliverables lists.
• Deliver and track images post production.
• Work with Photo Producers to plan and open projects in tools, set up project file structures, and train team members on organization and workflow.
• Prepare work for team, Brand, and Executive reviews in collaboration with the Creative Team.
• Manage image/GEO clearances with Business Affairs partners.
• Identify and communicate priorities and bottlenecks while managing risk.
• Consistently reevaluate workflow for efficiencies and identify tool opportunities for the group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a lead or production/program manager.
• Experience working across multiple teams in a creative production environment.
