Responsibilities

- Develop computational methods for aligning gene expression data with protein staining data.
- Perform data quality control and characterize immune cells at the single-cell level.
- Study spatial associations of cells and genes in human tissues.
- Contribute to publications and internal computational pipeline development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
- Demonstrated coding ability in Python and/or R.
- Exposure to single-cell omics analysis.
