Responsibilities

  • Perform data quality control and characterize immune cells at the single-cell level.
  • Study spatial associations of cells and genes in human tissues.
  • Contribute to publications and internal computational pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field.
  • Demonstrated coding ability in Python and/or R.
