About The Position

Indapta Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on harnessing the natural power of the immune system to combat hematologic and solid cancers through its innovative universal natural killer (NK) cell platform. The company’s allogeneic platform utilizes a specific subset of NK cells, known as g-NK cells, which are derived from healthy donors and lack the FceR1g protein. This unique characteristic enhances their ability to effectively kill cancer cells, especially when combined with monoclonal antibodies that are currently used in clinical settings to target and eliminate cancer cells. Indapta is dedicated to advancing this powerful off-the-shelf cellular therapy to patients suffering from cancer, aiming to address the limitations of existing immunotherapies. The research laboratory, located in Houston, TX, is seeking a self-motivated and driven Post-Doctoral Fellow to join their Research Department. This role involves developing and leading projects focused on the creation of novel NK cell therapeutics and exploring the underlying molecular mechanisms. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be tasked with designing and executing high-quality, cutting-edge research aimed at expanding the understanding of novel NK biology and facilitating biomarker-driven pipeline expansion. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD and have extensive knowledge in immunology and oncology, demonstrated by a strong publication record in the field. This position will report directly to the Director of Preclinical and Translational Research.
