About The Position
The Wabash College Department of Modern Languages and Literatures invites applications for a postdoctoral teaching position in French beginning July 1, 2025. The field is open, but with preference for a Francophone specialist. The successful candidate will teach language, culture, and literature courses. This postdoctoral position carries a reduced teaching load (2 courses per semester) to allow the successful applicant to broaden their teaching experience while devoting time to scholarship within a supportive department offering strong mentoring to a recent PhD graduate. The position is for one year with the possibility of renewal based upon a positive review and the needs and circumstances of the College. Wabash College does not provide H-1B or other immigration case sponsorship for short-term visiting positions.
