Responsibilities

• Assist the physician and/or Principal Investigator (PI) in maintaining laboratory functionality and operations.
• Promote a positive work environment and lead the team to achieve optimal department results.
• Collaborate with department members by actively communicating and reporting data comprehensively.
• Model effective communication skills to team members, including active listening and teaching.
• Contribute to improving department scores for employee engagement through peer-to-peer accountability.
• Develop research methods and perform research activities.
• Document research results and write reports for presentation and publication.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Terminal degree in a related field.
• Postdoctoral experience ranging from 0 to 4 years depending on the level applied for.
• Demonstrated knowledge of biomedical research.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
