About the position

The Power Apps Developer Senior position is a contract role focused on maintaining and developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The developer will work on a suite of existing applications while also designing and documenting new projects. This role requires collaboration with the Manager of Applications to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of critical projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain low-code application development in Microsoft PowerApps.
  • Design and implement Power Automate Cloud flows, desktop flows, or business process flows.
  • Create and configure workflows, business process automation, and integration solutions using Power Automate.
  • Integrate low-code solutions with external systems and data sources.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain custom QuickBase applications and pages using the QuickBase API.
  • Maintain existing data feeds to various third-party vendors and create new ETL processes as necessary.
  • Meet with the Manager of Applications to begin professional services in support of client operations.
  • Establish processes and systems for organization of resources involved in QuickBase Applications support.
  • Prepare draft and final versions of Program and Project Plans as necessary, specifying tasks, dependencies, and schedules.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing PowerApps applications.
  • Extensive experience with Angular or other modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js).
  • Expert knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in optimizing web applications for performance and usability.
  • Experience with integrating third-party APIs.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6-10 years of SQL experience.
  • 6-10 years of database design, documentation, and coding experience.
  • 3-6 years of QuickBase Application Design and Development experience.
