About the position

GDH Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Developer to design and develop model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Pages sites using Power Platform tools. The role involves creating low-code solutions, writing SQL procedures, and implementing Power Automate flows, while collaborating with project managers and other developers to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain low-code solutions in Microsoft Power Apps to ensure system requirements are met.
• Serve as subject matter expert in low-code development using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Understand business requirements and transform business use cases into re-engineered applications in Power Apps.
• Write plugin code and Java scripts for Power Apps.
• Write SQL Stored procedures, views, and functions for Power BI dashboards.
• Write pipelines to extract and load data into Dataverse or SQL Server.
• Develop and implement Power Automate flows.
• Assist the Project Manager, Database Administrator, and other developers with requirements gathering, migration planning, security access, and implementation of dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using Power Platform technology in developing model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps.
• 5+ years of experience developing Power Automate cloud flows.
• 5+ years of experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience developing plugin code for Power Apps.
• 5+ years of experience developing Azure pipelines for loading data into Dataverse.
• 8+ years of experience developing SSIS packages, writing SQL queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server database.
• 8+ years of experience developing solutions in Microsoft .NET technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, Asp.Net Core, C#, Entity Framework, and LINQ.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills along with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves
