We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications. This involves creating data models and establishing data connections to various data sources, optimizing Power BI dashboards with a focus on usability and performance, and implementing and maintaining data security and access controls. You will also troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data, ensuring that the tools you create are effective and reliable. Staying updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices is crucial in this role. You will partner directly with senior leadership to understand the reporting needs and perform the necessary ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to build successful tools in Power BI. The work environment emphasizes collaboration, hands-on problem-solving, and continuous improvement in data infrastructure to support decision-making. This hybrid position requires you to work four days on-site in Chicago, Illinois, and one day remotely, allowing for a balance between in-person collaboration and flexible work arrangements.
