About the position

The Power BI Dashboard Developer will support business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for the development and maintenance of FNS and SNAP dashboards. This role requires expertise in Oracle, PL/SQL, Synapse, and Power BI technologies to enhance and maintain dashboard functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the NC FAST FNS team to enhance and maintain dashboard and reporting code, addressing change requests and defects from the backlog.
• Develop various FNS dashboards, including WIC cross-enrollment and SEBT dashboards, while maintaining existing ones.
• Create ETL processes and Synapse pipelines, along with corresponding Power BI code.
• Train other program teams on developing Synapse and Power BI code.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience developing dashboards using Power BI and Azure Synapse (Required).
• 5 years of experience using Oracle, Oracle Utilities, and ETL tools (Required).
• 5 years of experience with PL/SQL scripting and Relational Database modeling (Preferred).
• 5 years of experience with structured system development methodologies (Required).
• 5 years of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as BIRT (Required).
• 2 years of experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development (Required).
• 2 years of experience with Data Warehouse (Required).
• 2 years of experience with Amazon RedShift & Tableau (Required).
• 2 years of experience with Dell Boomi (Required).
• 5 years of experience building customer relationships by promptly addressing needs (Required).
• 5 years of experience organizing and prioritizing complex technical procedures (Required).
