About the position

The Power BI Data Analyst for Store Operations will be responsible for creating and improving Power BI dashboards that support field and store teams. This role requires collaboration with various business partners to source data, identify reporting opportunities, and enhance the efficiency of reports. The analyst will also provide training for end users and document reporting processes, while demonstrating a strong understanding of data connections and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Partner with various business partners to source data from different datasets.
• Identify new reporting opportunities and create reports based on business needs.
• Design reports and databases.
• Provide training for end users on reporting.
• Document process flow of reporting.
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of data and translate connections to operational and financial controls.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Work closely with the business to improve data collection and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience
• Advanced analytical skills
• Understanding of off-price model
• Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture
• Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate, and analyze performance using business intelligence tools.
