We are seeking an experienced Power BI Designer/Developer to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI. Your expertise in data visualization, storytelling, and business intelligence will help us drive decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will design and develop high-quality, user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to understand business requirements and create tailored solutions. A deep understanding of the organization's data landscape, including data sources, structures, and relationships, will be essential for your success. You will create custom visualizations, tables, and charts using Power BI's built-in features and third-party extensions, such as DAX and R. Implementing advanced analytics techniques, including data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics, will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will optimize report performance to ensure fast rendering and smooth user interactions, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power BI development and deployment, and stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
