The BI Developer position is a critical role within the organization, focusing on leveraging data analytics to drive business insights and decision-making. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while working with a dynamic team. The primary responsibility of the BI Developer will be to model data and create interactive dashboards that will be utilized by internal customers. This role requires a deep understanding of business intelligence tools and methodologies, particularly in Adobe Analytics and Power BI, to effectively analyze and visualize data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and at least five years of experience in business intelligence. The role is heavily hands-on, with approximately 70% of the time dedicated to engineering tasks. This includes data modeling, dashboard creation, and ensuring that the data presented is accurate and actionable. Collaboration with various teams will be essential, as the BI Developer will need to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders. In addition to technical skills, the BI Developer should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities, as they will be working closely with internal customers to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance their decision-making processes. Experience with Snowflake is highly preferred, as it will complement the existing tools and technologies used within the organization.
