About the position

The Senior End-to-End Power BI Developer will work independently under the Product Manager to deliver internal projects by transforming requirements into data models, reports, and dashboards. This role emphasizes performance and security while ensuring that the developer can quickly learn and apply the company's data schemas, metrics, and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal projects by turning requirements into data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure performance and security of the developed solutions.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with clients and the Product Manager to refine technical requirements.
• Work with the data engineering and architecture team to ensure data flows and availability.
• Design and implement interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI following best practices.
• Include drill-through, drill-down, and tool-tips for end-user interaction.
• Ensure reports meet performance benchmarks and configure appropriate refresh schedules.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and conduct unit tests.
• Document data models, report structures, and logic used in development.
• Participate in daily stand-ups.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of overall development experience.
• 6+ years of Power BI development demonstrating advanced skills.
• 8+ years of SQL experience modeling data and writing complex queries.
• Extensive experience with Power BI and exceptional data modeling skills.
• Proficient in using Bookmarks, Custom Visuals, and Field parameters in Power BI.
• Experience with GIT for version control.

Nice-to-haves

• Object-Oriented Framework development experience.
• Familiarity with Miro.
