About the position

The Power BI Developer role is focused on developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards and reports, specifically for Workday HCM. The position requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development of Power BI, along with experience in data integration from data warehouses and data lakes. The developer will also implement Row Level Security to ensure data access is appropriately managed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Workday HCM.
• Implement Row Level Security in Power BI reports.
• Integrate data from data warehouses and data lakes into Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights through data visualization.
• Ensure the accuracy and performance of Power BI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI front end and backend development.
• 5+ years of experience with Row Level Security in Power BI.
• 5+ years of experience developing Workday HCM dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience with data warehouse and data lake integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
