About the position

The Power BI Developer position focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, with a specific emphasis on implementing Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data security and compliance. The role requires extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development within Power BI, as well as integration with data warehouses and data lakes. The position is onsite in Irvine, CA, and is expected to last between 6 to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Implement Row Level Security (RLS) for data protection.
• Integrate Power BI with data warehouses and data lakes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data visualizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI front-end and back-end development.
• 5+ years of experience with Row Level Security (RLS).
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM dashboards.
• 5+ years of experience in data warehouse and data lake integration.
• Excellent communication skills.
