About the position
The Power BI Developer position focuses on developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, with a specific emphasis on implementing Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure data security and compliance. The role requires extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development within Power BI, as well as integration with data warehouses and data lakes. The position is onsite in Irvine, CA, and is expected to last between 6 to 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Implement Row Level Security (RLS) for data protection.
- Integrate Power BI with data warehouses and data lakes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data visualizations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI front-end and back-end development.
- 5+ years of experience with Row Level Security (RLS).
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM dashboards.
- 5+ years of experience in data warehouse and data lake integration.
- Excellent communication skills.
