About the position

Highbury Defense Group is seeking an experienced PowerBI Developer to assist with data migration and analysis within the SPIDER system, focusing on dashboard automation and data visualization. The role involves providing digital transformation support using Microsoft Power Platform applications to streamline installation management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide PEO C4I and FRD with digital transformation support using Microsoft Power Platform applications, including PowerBI.
• Perform data transformation, analysis, low-code application implementation, and integration within the FlankSpeed M365 environment.
• Analyze data sources, data tables, and existing installation workflows performed in legacy SPIDER and implement Microsoft 365 solutions to automate and visualize installation data and reports using PowerBI.
• Support the implementation of automated workflows, data management, and consistent processes for PEO C4I installation requirements.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft Power Platform applications (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI)
• 3+ years of NAVWAR/PEO C4I data analytics experience (working knowledge of SPIDER is a plus)
• Ability to work on-site at NAVWAR 2 days per week during core business hours
• Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team.
