About the position

The Power BI Developer role at Insight Global involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop data solutions, and maintain them according to departmental governance standards. The position focuses on driving efficiencies and supporting key business decision-making through data-driven automation and reporting.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Power BI and SAS development
• Strong background in SQL
• Expertise in Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Power Platform, SAS Enterprise Guide, and other BI tools
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse project teams
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and design capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps), and SharePoint is preferred
• Data modeling experience and Microsoft certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and/or Collibra is an advantage
