About the position

The PowerBI Developer role involves data analysis, extraction, and manipulation, focusing on creating insightful data visualizations and analytics. The position requires effective communication skills to present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. The developer will work with various statistical modeling techniques and machine learning methods to deliver strategic analysis and insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, extraction, and manipulation using SQL and Teradata.
• Create executive-ready presentations to convey results and insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize statistical modeling techniques such as regression and clustering for data analysis.
• Develop innovative analytics approaches and data visualizations to deliver insights.
• Build strategic analyses using customer profiling and business segmentation.
• Consult on moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering and contribute to planning.
• Review and analyze Software Engineering challenges and contribute to their resolution.

Requirements

• 4 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in data analysis and manipulation using SQL and Teradata.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and machine learning methods.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data warehouses and database structures.
• Good storytelling skills for creating engaging data visualizations.
