About the position

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Transform raw data into insightful visualizations and reports.
• Optimize and enhance existing Tableau reports for better performance and user experience.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Provide support and training to users on Tableau best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
• Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and enhancements, and recommend best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Understanding of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
