About the position

Nucor Steel South Carolina is looking for a Power/Electrical Engineer to oversee the design, analysis, and reliability of the plant's electrical systems. This role involves managing projects from scope definition to installation, ensuring safety practices, and providing technical training to team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze plant electrical systems for reliability.
• Define project scopes and estimate budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage installations and document project progress.
• Close out assigned projects efficiently.
• Develop and improve electrical safe work practices and procedures.
• Provide technical training to team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
