About the position

The Power Process Engineer is a vital member of the North America Engineering and Technology Center at ADM. This role is situated within a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) dedicated to driving excellence in the ADM manufacturing system. As part of this team, the Power Process Engineer will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and other SMEs across the organization, particularly focusing on the utilities area. The primary responsibility will be to develop and implement utility improvement strategies and technologies across all campus functions, with a significant emphasis on ADM's utility-scale cogeneration facility. In this position, the engineer will leverage their technical, strategic, and organizational expertise to assist a multidisciplinary team in managing critical mechanical utility assets throughout their lifecycle.
