About the position

The Finance Manager at Broward Motorsports is responsible for overseeing the finance department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance in the Powersports sector. This role requires a strong background in Powersports sales and finance, with a focus on training and mentoring sales staff. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance department and take it to the next level.
• Train and mentor floor sales staff in finance processes.
• Enforce the sales process and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Offer all products to customers through a structured menu system.
• Maintain awareness of manufacturer promotions and incentives.
• Ensure accurate documentation for financing and funding.
• Track and report sales deal funding and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with other department managers.
• Control finance expenses and chargebacks.
• Provide input on advertising ideas and promotions to the GM.
• Set and track F&I goals in collaboration with the GM.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Powersports sales, finance, and management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financing, funding, and titling processes.

• Experience with Motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and Personal Watercraft.
