About the position

The Power Sports & Marine Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing digital marketing strategies for the dealership, focusing on driving online engagement, customer acquisition, and brand awareness within the power sports and marine industry. This role involves creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing content, and utilizing data-driven insights to ensure success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to create integrated marketing strategies that drive business results and align with dealership goals.
  • Monitor trends in the power sports and marine industries to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee the design, development, and optimization of digital assets such as websites, landing pages, and online ads to ensure they meet brand standards and are effective in driving customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase leads, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Use SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to improve online presence and generate qualified leads.
  • Create compelling content across digital platforms, ensuring it speaks directly to the target audience's needs and preferences.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and engaging.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance through metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies.
  • Adjust campaigns based on data and insights to continuously improve marketing ROI.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance, presenting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention through digital channels, such as loyalty programs and follow-up campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online communities and influencers in the power sports and marine industries.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure that digital marketing efforts align with the brand's values and provide a consistent message across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure compliance with their marketing guidelines.
  • Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance the dealership's online presence and customer engagement.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices in the power sports and marine industry.
  • Implement efficient processes for campaign creation, reporting, and optimization to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with specific experience in the power sports, marine, or automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
