About the position

We are currently seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Client Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in search engine marketing, demonstrating a data-driven approach and a proven track record of success in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. This position requires a proactive mindset, as the Digital Marketing Client Manager will be responsible for creating new campaigns, conducting bid management and optimization, and preparing detailed reports to support advertiser goals. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both clients and agency team members to achieve project goals. Your responsibilities will include developing keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns, creating new paid search campaigns (PPC, Display), and identifying potential campaign improvements. You will also assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns and monitor new trends in search to make informed recommendations to client-facing staff. The ability to translate business goals into actionable deliverables is essential, as is maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with client and agency team members to achieve project goals.
  • Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns.
  • Create new paid search campaigns (PPC, Display) utilizing internal Web-based systems.
  • Proactively identify and implement potential campaign improvements and optimizations.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and budget management.
  • Assess landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns.
  • Create campaign reports and monitor new trends in Search.
  • Manage new client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work with project managers regarding timelines and deliverables.
  • Translate business goals into deliverables.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Math, Computer Science, or Accounting preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in search engine marketing on Google and Bing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third-party analytics and optimization tools.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Ads.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communications skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a high degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work within firm deadlines.
  • Prior experience with PPC, SEO, or paid social competitive analysis tools.
  • Agency experience or experience working with multiple advertisers is a plus.
