Acquisition Marketing is focused on designing and executing outbound digital marketing campaigns with a primary objective of attracting and acquiring new customers. Team members responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reach a broader audience, leveraging various online channels such as social media, search engine marketing, app marketing, and video advertising. They use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive efficient customer acquisition, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful expansion of the user base. Success in this role is measured by the ability to effectively grow the customer base while maintaining a strong return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Support paid search marketing campaigns across popular paid search products, including Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads and Reddit
  • Assist manager with campaign optimizations, including budget management and bidding strategy
  • Build paid search campaigns, including writing ad copy, doing keyword research, creating landing pages and setting up campaigns in Google Ads desktop editor
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Executing a roadmap of channel and creative tests, tracking learnings, and proposing new tests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years hands on search engine marketing experience (ASA, Google, YouTube, etc)
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of exceeding acquisition targets
  • Proficient in using Google Ads Desktop Editor to create, manage and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and analysis tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify high-performing keywords
  • Experience with managing multiple projects at one time, agency experience a big plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
