About the position

The PPF Installer at XPEL, Inc. is responsible for the high-quality installation of automotive films, including paint protection film and window tinting. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with customers. The installer will work in a team environment and is expected to contribute to the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the installation shop.

Responsibilities

• Install automotive and/or window film with a high level of quality, perfection, and efficiency.
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail.
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance & punctuality.
• Run XPEL's DAP software and cutting patterns.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the installation shop.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in paint protection film or automotive window tint installation.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions well.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment/post offer background, MVR and drug screen.
