About the position

The PPMD Talent Technology Project Manager role at Deloitte involves managing complex talent technology projects that support the Partner, Principal, and Managing Director (PPMD) population. This position requires a strategic approach to project management, utilizing agile methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in delivering technology solutions. The project manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, including technology teams and vendors, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of talent technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, complex talent technology projects through the full life cycle of implementation using agile methodology.
  • Develop project plans in partnership with internal technology teams to set clear milestones and timelines.
  • Establish project management processes and tools to manage risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder calls related to project status updates, enhancement request discussions, and issue resolution.
  • Provide input into governance models to manage release plans and define program approval and change request processes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor supporting PPMD Talent clients, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and brainstorming solutions.
  • Lead technology assessment discussions, understanding pain points and requirements, and collaborating with technology teams to evaluate solutions.
  • Plan and manage user acceptance testing including timing, tools, processes, and resources.
  • Develop support documentation for end users, admins, and the global contact center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in technology implementation, project management, and testing
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
