Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for various channels, including press releases, thought leadership articles, and newsletters.
• Manage internal communications to foster employee engagement and support a unified corporate culture.
• Oversee public relations efforts, including the creation and dispatch of press releases and articles.
• Maintain and develop media contacts, pitch relevant topics, and prepare for interviews.
• Follow and manage crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation.
• Create and manage the editorial calendar, coordinating with all content-related stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and report on public relations key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage relationships with creative and PR agencies, overseeing content production and budget control.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an individual contributor role focused on PR, communications, and content creation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Strong abilities in copywriting and content creation, including press releases.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; outgoing and extroverted personality.
• Familiarity with Meltwater PR tool for sending press releases and contacting journalists.
