About the position

The PR Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing client engagement through the development and execution of carefully crafted public relations campaigns and strategies. This position requires a collaborative approach, partnering with leadership, external PR agencies, and various firm teams to effectively raise brand awareness and promote the firm's image. The PR Manager will be responsible for developing and conducting media training sessions, strategizing to mitigate potential public relations issues, and assisting with crisis management when necessary. Additionally, the role involves creating, editing, and reviewing relevant marketing materials to ensure consistency and quality in communication efforts. The PR Manager will also be expected to complete additional public relations or communications-related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance client engagement through the development of PR campaigns and strategies.
• Partner with leadership and outside PR agencies to raise brand awareness.
• Develop and conduct media training sessions.
• Strategize to minimize public relations issues and assist with crisis management.
• Create, edit, and review marketing materials relevant to public relations efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public relations management experience interfacing with high-level individuals.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, or communications required.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking and multitasking skills under pressure.
• Ability to work extended hours or travel as required.
