About the position

The PR Manager/Senior PR Manager will join Apple's corporate communications team, focusing on storytelling and relationship-building with press, social media influencers, and industry analysts. This role involves communicating the unique qualities and benefits of Apple's silicon and hardware technologies to both technical and mainstream audiences, driving impactful media coverage, and managing product PR launches and events.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with press, social media influencers, and technical experts.
• Drive impactful coverage and feature stories for Apple silicon and hardware technologies.
• Plan and execute major product PR launches and momentum activities.
• Write and develop thoughtful pitches and press materials.
• Staff events and media briefings, managing issues in a continuous news cycle.
• Translate customer experience and the role of Apple silicon into engaging communications.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years' experience in public relations, either in PR agency or corporate settings.
• Strong media and influencer relationships with a proven track record in developing and placing stories.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of developing pitches and press materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and programs from start to finish.

• Experience effectively communicating the intricacies of silicon chips or complex technologies.
• Creative mindset for telling compelling, technically-rich stories in easily understood ways.
• Experience managing launches/events and momentum PR programs.
