Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with Organic Spa Media and Wellness Travel University's sales and marketing teams.
• Support marketing administrative duties in-house.
• Collect brand information from sales staff and sponsors, both national and international.
• Write news releases for Organic Spa Media and assist the Social Media Director with corporate PR initiatives.
• Help create marketing materials for the sales team.
• Work collaboratively as a supportive team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both creative and formal.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with WordPress and website management.
• Knowledge and proficiency with social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• A passion for health, wellness, and/or sustainable living.
