About the position

Ben-Amun is seeking a full-time PR/Social Media/Digital Marketing/E-commerce Manager to enhance the brand's presence and drive sales through effective public relations and digital marketing strategies. The role involves collaboration with various teams to optimize sales, manage PR strategies, and oversee social media initiatives, all while maintaining the brand's unique identity in the jewelry market.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, and Photography teams to optimize sales and enhance social media and PR presence.
  • Own, oversee, and execute a PR strategy that includes traditional and non-traditional PR tactics, influencer marketing, and meaningful experiences for media and customers.
  • Write and develop content for press releases, newsletters, and other content for the website and social media.
  • Build and maintain brand relationships with editors, tastemakers, influencers, and celebrities.
  • Research and manage a list of industry PR, stylist, and influencer contacts.
  • Continuously pitch and secure placements for new product launches and campaigns, as well as seasonal and trend-driven topics.
  • Manage and track all press coverage, including sample loans and contracts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue PR opportunities that further brand awareness and affinity.
  • Develop and deliver an effective communication strategy around initiatives that increase brand awareness and drive business.
  • Analyze Shopify, Google Analytics, and social media insights to develop best practices to increase sales performance.
  • Develop and oversee social media and email marketing content strategy and execution.
  • Manage social media and marketing calendar.
  • Manage a team of 2-5 Social Media, PR, & E-Commerce interns to plan, create, and execute initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in social media marketing and management.
  • Proven experience in relationship management.
  • Proficiency in SEO and social listening.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, and graphic design.
  • Knowledge of public relations and content creation.
  • Experience in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics.
  • Skills in proofreading, branding, and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of web analytics, keyword research, and digital marketing.
  • Ability in photography, video editing, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Shopify platform.
