Responsibilities

• Provide software expertise for new products and enhancements to existing offerings
• Conduct software design reviews to uphold coding best practices, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Implement robust encryption and authentication mechanisms to safeguard our systems
• Test, debug, and document integration solutions to meet business and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate system, software, security, and risk management documentation
• Support our customers and clients as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, software, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive software development experience
• 6+ years of leading software development teams
• Strong understanding of security architecture and threat modeling (STRIDE)
• Proficiency in software development and implementation of encryption/authentication mechanisms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
